The concept envisions heritage and innovation as intertwined forces, where classical elements coexist with modern minimalism. The design transforms coffee consumption into an immersive, experiential journey that reflects both ancestral knowledge and contemporary exploration.

The coffee roastery explores the intersection of heritage and innovation, translating the lineage of coffee—from ancestral knowledge to contemporary experimentation—into spatial form. Half of the interior draws on classical references, featuring dark woods, profiled moldings, and decor imbued with an old-soul character, while the other half embraces a contemporary language of lightweight, minimal forms, oriental-inspired metals, and concrete surfaces. This duality extends beyond aesthetics into the coffee experience itself: interactive zones allow visitors to engage with beans, brewing methods, and flavor explorations, while a café area facilitates more traditional consumption. Through materials, lighting, and furniture, the design manifests a dialogue between past and future, tradition and experimentation, creating a layered environment where form, function, and sensory experience converge.
