Situated on a historic London street, this restaurant reinterprets the character of a classical establishment through a design language rooted in Ottoman symbols of power. The façade engages in dialogue with its surroundings through traditional joinery divisions, while ornamental gypsum work introduces a distinctive identity, allowing the building to both integrate with and stand apart from the street’s architectural rhythm. Inside, a bold palette of colors and patterns extends this narrative, with columns and walls forming part of a cohesive visual fabric rather than mere structure. Within its compact footprint, functional elements like the bar and seating are arranged to preserve fluid circulation and open central areas. The result is a space where London’s architectural heritage meets Ottoman-inspired grandeur, offering an experience that is at once historic and contemporary.
