Neowe was established in 2017 by co-founders Nil Emiroğlu , F. Sertaç Kılıç and Ferhat Özkan. Neowe is dedicated to the highest levels of details and creative expressions by focusing on unique and highly customized interior spaces. Team exploration of fashion forward and timeless designs creates a seamless juxtaposition between contemporary and classic, graphic and instinctual, structural and organic disciplines.

Neowe's design is driven by a deep passion of design and realization of projects as coherent as possible. Team's commitment to relationships with their clients, fabricators and fellow designers are keys to successful projects. Neowe's main goal is to embody integrity, originality and love of desing in each of its projects togetger with a shared sense of values and vision among all stakeholders.

NIL EMIROGLU
CO-FOUNDER

Nil attended Bilkent University, earning a bachelor's degree in interior architecture and enviromental design. She worked with well-known companies and colobrated with world-wide projects. As a result of her interest in design and realization of it, she attended Istituto Europeo di Design-Milan. She received a master degree in interior design. Nil joined the offices in Milan and participated different projects from Italy to China. She returned to Turkey and continued working on different residential projects. In 2017, she started Neowe, with F. Sertaç Kılıç and Ferhat Özkan.

F. SERTAC KILIC
CO-FOUNDER

In 2004 he was graduated from Middle East Technical University Civil Engineering Department. Then in 2006 he was graduated with an MBA degree from the L'ÉCOLE SUPÉRIEURE LIBRE DES SCIENCES COMMERCIALES APPLIQUÉES (ESLSCA) in Paris. In his professional life he got experienced in public and private sector projects in construction industry from various projects in Turkey and abroad. He worked as Site/Technical office engineer, and also as business developer and project manager afterwards. His projects include housing, business centers, public buildings, industrial facilities and infrastructure constructions. For some years he started to make interior architecture applications such as residences, shops, offices, restaurants and continues his businees life with Neowe, where he is a founding partner since 2017.

FERHAT OZKAN
CO-FOUNDER

Ferhat attended Bilkent University, earning a Bachelor's degree in economics.An entrepreneurial focus drove Ferhat to start partnership in different companies. He participated and gained experience in finance and business operation. He collabrated and has business relation with the different well-known companies. As a result of his entrepreneurial view, he started Neowe, with Nil Emiroğlı and F. Sertaç Kılıç.He is deeply involved in all aspects of the firm, overseeing daily operations alongside Nil Emiroğlu and F. Sertaç Kılıç.
