Featuring 80 thoughtfully designed flats on a prominent street corner, the building’s angular volume allows it to blend seamlessly with the surrounding large-scale structures, while a noise-protected courtyard integrates existing gates and trees, embracing the greenery as part of the design. The project was conceived to harmonize with the neighborhood’s scale and density while maximizing space and daylight for future residents. At the same time, the facade interprets Art Deco features, giving the building a distinctive presence without overwhelming the eye. The overall design strikes a balance between modern and classical elements. On the entrance and garden side, an archway guides visitors into a double-height lobby, leading naturally to the elevator hall. This gradual progression enhances the spatial experience and creates a sense of arrival. In line with the exterior aesthetic, the lobby and circulation areas feature materials such as marble and wood, crafting a modern yet substantial atmosphere that reflects both elegance and solidity.
